  • Microscopic subretinal injection.
  • Suprachoroidal choroidal injection.
  • Intravitreal injection.

The key to the preclinical evaluation of ophthalmic drugs lies in the fine manipulation and testing of the eyes of experimental animals with appropriate instruments. We have the Spectralis HRA + OCT ophthalmic imaging platform with the latest scalable modular design. We can use this system to help our clients complete fundus fluorescein angiography and optical coherence tomography. Specific tests that can be completed are as follows:

  • Infrared for general fundus imaging.
  • Radiofrequency for general fundus imaging.
  • Fluorescein angiography (FA).
  • Optical coherence tomography (OCT).

In addition, AlphaChem's comprehensive ophthalmic testing systems include slit lamps with digital camera systems, ophthalmometers, fundus lasers, indirect fundoscopic, and ophthalmic surgical microscopes.
